• Get exercise each day - 28 minutes minimum
• Learn when to say "no"
• Try to reduce the clutter around you - clutter in your environment leads to clutter in your mind
• Budget both your money and your time
• Enjoy your hobbies
• Keep regular sleeping hours - prepare a nighttime ritual that alerts your body that you are preparing for sleep
• Write appointments on a calendar - check it the beginning of each week so you don't miss any improtant engagements
• Find help at work when needed
• Try to get away from noise
• Spend some time alone every day
• Take lots of mini-breaks - stand up, walk around your desk, stretch like you are reaching for the ceiling
• Do something nice for a friend or co-worker - something unexpected
• Think about things to be grateful for - keep an attitude of gratitude
• Laugh whenever you can
• If you are overwhelmed or depressed and nothing seems to help, find a friend or a counselor to talk to

Most of these tips apply both at home and at work. Check off the ones you try anf find helpful.
